There is a special membership meeting on Thursday, November 21 at 1pm to address budget issues.. It is urgent that a quorum be achieved for this meeting. Please read the letter by clicking the title above or read the article on page 2 of this months HILITES! See you there.

If you are unable to attend the Special Membership meeting on Thursday, November 21, you can submit a proxy form. There is one vote per household and extra forms are in the library. The signed proxies count towards the quorum needed to have a vote and they must be received prior to Thursday at 1 pm. You can place them in the locked ballot box in the hallway by the library. If you have any questions regarding the proxy forms, call Betty Helber.
